Make Us Move is a context-awareness application that helps users to decrease their addiction to social networks usage. The application makes user to keep the balance of social apps usage and real-world interactions and avoid smartphone overuse. On one side, a user earns points via physical activity and phone calls. On the other, by spending time in social networks, user loses gained points. In a result, a user is given a numerical value showing how balanced the current day is.
